Brock Lesnar Workout Routine: Lesnar’s Pull Day Training!

Brock Lesnar is a legend.

Whether you love him or hate him, there’s no denying he is an absolute monster and we can learn a thing or two from his training regime.

He’s going to join the growing list of athletes we’ve researched within our Workout Database, and I’m sure he’s one many members of The SHJ Army will be happy is finally making his way to the site.

He’s also going to be a great addition to our list of WWE / Professional Wrestling Workouts that we’ve seen here at SHJ as well.

Muscle and Fitness brought Lesnar in for an interview regarding his return to the WWE, and we are lucky enough to have a workout routine, specifically a pull day workout, that he used to get in shape for his return.

For my PPL Split fans out there, this one is going to be perfect for you to rub into your regime here and there to give it some Lesnar-flair.

Here’s what Lesnar shared with M&F:

“Life is all about timing,” says Lesnar. “The first time I was with the WWE [Lesnar debuted in 2002], I was restless. I wanted to continue my career athletically and spread my wings a little bit.” The 6’3″, 290-pounder made an impact on sports entertainment from the beginning, winning the company’s top prize and having memorable feuds with “The Rock” and John Cena. But his pedigree in real wrestling left him with a competitive hunger he couldn’t satisfy in a world where contest outcomes were predetermined. Lesnar left the company to fulfill a childhood dream of playing pro football. He joined the Minnesota Vikings but was cut in the pre-season. Lesnar then wrestled in Japan for two years, winning a heavyweight championship.

His routine consists of eight exercises and I was surprised to see how many different pull up variations, and pull ups in general, that Lesnar utilizes.

Especially with how gigantic he is!
