Who in their right mind wouldn’t want to train like NFL Legend Tom Brady!?

Trick question: everyone wants to train like Tom Brady.

And, if you haven’t read Tom Brady’s book “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance”, then you likely want to know a little more about the TB12 Method.

For this one we’re going to be pulling right from a Men’s Health video with Co-Founder of the TB12 Method, and trainer who has worked with Brady for over 15 years now, Alex Guerrero.

The video is hosted by Alex but he goes on to talk about The TB12 Method and even shares a workout routine used by Brady for us to give a shot.

To start us off he tells us a bit about what we’re working with:

“So the workout today is based on Tom’s in-season workout, just to kind of keep up with his foundational program. Things that we’ve done in the off season – to make sure that we can maintain them during the course of the season. So we’re going to run through nine exercises today that are going to cover the full body.”

From there he gets right into it starting with a warm up.
